Step 1
Visit www.kitchenerkia.com, you’ll notice a red "create an account" button in the top right hand corner. Simply follow the steps to create your account.
Step 2
After your account has been created, you’ll be redirected back to the home screen of our website. From there, you can browse our new car inventory by placing your mouse over the Inventory Tab at the top of the home screen, then clicking the "New Vehicles" tab.
Step 3
Once you have selected your new Kia, you’ll be prompted in an Orange bar at the top of the vehicle screen to add it to your garage. After clicking the "Add to Garage" button, you’ll notice at the top left hand side of the screen, a green check mark has been placed on the garage symbol. Click that to see your vehicles details.
Step 4
Time to take action. You can call a team member to walk you through the next steps or you can now buy it online and review all of your purchasing details and payments. Once you have placed a refundable credit card deposit, a team member will be in touch to finalize the remainder of your purchase.
