Kia Connect opens up a whole new world of possibilities for Kia vehicle owners looking for a seamless way to integrate their smartphone with their Kia model of choice. What You’ll Need To Set Up Kia Connect

Before starting this tutorial, download the Kia Connect app on your smartphone of choice. Whether you’re on an Apple or Android device, you should be able to easily locate and install the Kia Connect app on your app store of choice. You’ll also need access to the vehicle you’d like to pair with your smartphone.

Step 1: Account Creation/Login

After successfully installing the Kia Connect app, click the icon to open it. You will be prompted to either create a Kia account or to login, if you already have a pre-existing account. You will then be prompted to enter your VIN (typically located on the vehicle’s front windshield or on the side of the driver seat door).

Step 2: Activate and Verify

After entering your VIN, the vehicle’s infotainment display should switch to an activation screen. Follow the instructions as displayed on the infotainment display. Once your Kia Connect registration is complete, you will be able to verify the connection by checking your Kia Connect app (as long as cellular reception is available).
